Hearing how he started inspired me
Hearing about the way the author started inspired me a great deal. I know it’s said all the time but hear exactly how he was able to buy his first flip with little cash on hand makes me want to think of outside the box ways I can do the same. Great book

Fast and to the point
Self helps books can sometimes drag on and be repetitive and end up doing the opposite of what they were meant to do. This book is quick, done in 2 hours and jammed packed with all you need to get your feet wet.

Fantastic book!
Can't get enough of this book! I read it and was so excited to see an audible version of it too! Listened to it all over again. INSPIRATIONAL
This book dissected the quintessential ingredients in all aspects of investing. it elaborated more in depth on the key points and has peeled back the layer on which I personally had a hard time uncovering myself. mr. pineda did a wonderful job.
