Publisher's summary

David always was an outdoorsman and an explorer. But when Earth merged with the magical world of Tannoris, it suddenly became too dangerous for anyone without a Class to leave the cities. A shame, too, because with elves, foxkin, catkin, and many other magical beings abound, there is plenty for him to experience!

But now, David’s dream just might come true! A mystical ritual will awaken his Class, and a budding homestead on the wild frontier is waiting for him to take ownership.

He won’t be going alone, though—a charming fox girl will teach him the ways of the frontier. And in return, David might teach her some things, too…

Great book don’t listen too this book unless you’re eighteen years old

As I said great book one thing I am slightly confused about why was the fox girl’s accent French but other than that there are no issues and this is just a curiosity

Good story with decent Characters

The story started a little slow but picked up steam pretty quickly. It seemed more like a true romance with light petting but It got into much more graphic details about sexual activity and although I don’t mind that sometimes, it seems to come out of the blue. General example is something like they were out working the land in one paragraph followed by a chapters worth of erotica in the next.

What I’m trying to say is the story was good but too short and the author went into way too much detail in the bedroom scenes and pretty much just repeated the same plot points the rest of the time. So if you’re in it for a good story, possibly with heavy petting, I would skip this one unless you’re looking for the more erotic scenery. About half the book seems to be bedroom fantasies.

A magical tale where danger meets charm!

"Frontier Summoner" by Jack Bryce, narrated by Alfie Syme and Renée Nolen, weaves a magical tale where danger meets charm. Bryce's writing is a perfect blend of adventure and slice-of-life, complemented by Syme and Nolen's enchanting narration. A captivating fantasy that's both delightful and spellbinding.

Ridiculous and inconsistent

“She’s very shy” “holding hands is VERY intimate” “ don’t worry if it takes a while for her to be physical” *she proceeds to blow a dude she met a couple weeks ago in the middle of the woods.*
EVERYTHING makes the MC’s blood heat up. He acts like a teenager with any intimacy.
I understand this books is supposed to be at least partly smutty but at least be consistent and not weird.

Not as advertised

When I read the summary I thought ok unique class and very dangerous frontier and elves and kin women. Battling monsters and leveling. No there is no dangerous frontier it’s like a playground at a Nebraska elementary school. Then cringy intimate scenes. Could not finish

Pure slice of life

It was a fun read but this is coming from some one who hates building conflict and mystery, the book needed something else to keep the interest going. I found my self reading it and doing other thing to keep my interest in I'd just put it down and do something else for a bit then read again. Still a good book don't get me wrong but it was too mundane for a single sit down and read. hopefully book two has a little bit more to drive the story.
