I love grounding!!!

This science is wild, but it really works! It was great to listen to all the doctors and research behind this. I also liked the techniques provided to help me start doing this.

Bring back our health with grounding!

I love grounding and I always do it on the beach or under the tree while doing yoga. It's helped me to sleep and relax which are very important to our hormones in our body, as well as sleeping is critical if you want to have great health. You have to sleep well. This audiobook is well written and narrated and highly recommend for those who don't know about the grounding!

I never heard if this before!

Earthing is a new thing for me and I enjoyed learning more about the concepts. Things like the grounding technique was great to learn. Especially how learning to incorporate all 5 senses when doing these techniques helps us become more relaxed. Loved the accent!

Glad I found this!

This whole concept is new to me. I heard some friends speaking of "Earthing" and I wanted to see what it was about. I got this audiobook and I must admit that I am quite intrigued. I will be following this guide to a new, better me!

Nothing like sitting by a tree

This book tells you how to baste in nature. Nature can be very soothing like sitting by a tree or laying on the sand. It takes away stress and heals any ailment. I recommend this book for therapy.

Must listen!

I have been grounding for years, but it is a completely new topic to most people, and you are missing out. The author explains grounding from a beginner level and provides scientific evidence to show you all the benefits you can receive by connecting your feet to the ground. My favorite part was the discussion on all the health conditions that it can help, including blood pressure, inflammation, and anxiety. Highly recommend!

Get your shoes off

I believe more people could benefit from taking the grounding/earthing movement seriously. The health benefits associated with it are real. I always feel my best after a day at the beach, soaking in the sun (and Vitamin D) and putting my feet in the sand and reconnecting with the earth’s energies. The many grounding techniques provided by the author will benefit those seeking instant stress or anxiety relief.

Good guide to natural health

Health today has become a major topic. There are different concerns related to it such as medical, alternative, natural, and spiritual. The author has done a good job in making me more aware of how our very environment may affect our moods and overall health. It was a pleasure listening to this audiobook and it is indeed beneficial to anyone.
