Publisher's summary

My brother gave his life to help me escape the pack. Now after being in hiding for the last few years, I'm seeing shifters outside of their normal territory, and they're getting closer to my little patch of wolf-free paradise. If they find out I'm still alive, they'll haul me back and mate me to some random wolf, keeping me as a breeding machine to perpetuate our species.

Forced imprinting is supposed to be forbidden, but if I know my pack, that won't stop them from getting what they want. With danger lurking around every corner and the chance of being caught getting ever higher, I'm on the verge of descending into hopelessness - until I meet Roman. But what if he's just the lure to chain me to a different pack?

As badly as I want to be free from the obligations of a pack, that freedom just might cost me the guy. But as it turns out, my feelings for Roman are only half my trouble....

If you love the mystery of JR Ward's The Black Dagger Brotherhood and the magic of Ilona Andrews' Hidden Legacy, you'll love House of Wolves and Magic! Get swept away by this reverse-harem urban-fantasy romance adventure!

Waste of money and time

I just didn't get this book. It's like the main character has a touch of multiple personalities beyond her wold side. She's a victim, then she talks a big talk and goes to gym so she can be her own knight in shining armour, then she makes so many, too many, dumb mistakes!! If you have spent years living like a hermit in terror, why the heck would you go running around alone, when you don't have too, right after you come face to face with a terror blast from the past, who you dang well know is dangerous and after you... and guess what, he shows up again and what did she do?

Very disappointed! Not a good story at all.

Honestly was excited about this book then when I got to the 4th chapter I knew it was going to be horrible. Not only is the story bad but a good narrator can usually make a even bad story seem ok but even the narrator was awful and made the story even worse. so monotone and dreadful

It Doesn't Make any sense

Honestly ill try to keep this very clinical but all i want to do here is upload a Gif of Pete Holmes "It Doesnt Make any F*&%^ing Sense" (Funny Stand Up Google It)

Ok so first off this entire book should be the first 5 chapters of a book, instead you have four hours of internal monolog repeating the same thing over and over, Then in the last hour an half they try to cram in a story but it just makes no sense.

Girl needs to flee from pack that kills her whole family, Poor but enough money for food apartment gym membership and hobbies,...did she hop a bus and move to the other side of the country.....No she moves to the other side of the city....now we are never told how big the city is but ever if she was going from North Bronx to south Staton Island....it makes no sense.

Girl is a shifter but never once in the book shifts to save her own life....though she is almost killed or R***d multiple times.

2 Side characters huge parts of her minimalistic lifestyle....go completly missing after the first scene of violence, never to be seen or heard of again.....why?

3 Author tries to make the character dark and edgy from tramatic life but fails, MC is often to nice or too respectful to those trying to kill or R her.... It makes no F sense.

Last part of the book, meets second mate....he is a coward who wants to run and not be mates, she calls him a coward they argue.....have bathroom stall sex....he finishes then flat out flees from her and she still wants to make sure he is ok and cares for him...after knowing him for 25minutes.....say it with me....It makes no Fing sense.
