Cliche Story Plot
Not my favorite performance. I think this could have been read by just 1 narrator. The story didn't really catch my attention, it's definitely a young adult read. There wasn't enough depth and too much cliche things you get from a "fated mate" story. I did listen to the whole story, it wasn't terrible but I personally won't read it again or continue the series.

Full of MacGiffins
It’s a mess. The author seems to have just thrown everything at the book for unknown reasons. I would have quit but on a rainy day just let it play while I did housework.
I see no reason for two narrators & because I was listening I don’t know if they were reading exactly what the author wrote or made the mistakes themselves.
I’m upset I wasted a credit on this and that Audible recommended it. My mistake for not checking reviews beforehand.

Save time and avoid.
Narrator has inconsistent character voices, and recording issues it seems. Story is immature with no character development, and jarring tone shifts from scene to scene. Scenes of intimacy are un-researched and written without feeling. I finished the story hopping it'd get better.... but alas.
