I loved this book. So much went into shaping the theaters of Broadway that I had no idea about. If you love history and you love a behind the scenes look at theater, you'll love this book. Well-written and captivating. Highly recommend!

A Delightful trip to Broadway Then & Now!
What I like about "How Broadway Became Broadway " by Issac Q. Miller, is that it is a delightful trip to the past, to discover how one of the worlds most iconic venues got started. This book gives you a complete history of Broadway and Musicals, from the intense competition with the movie industry, to all of the ups and downs in it's storied history. It concludes with an update of the Broadway of today. If you are fascinated with this famous part of the entertainment industry, this book is a must for your listening collection.
