A great new perspective

A great listen for anyone wanting a different perspective about food and eating. This book is full of thoughts that are a refreshing change of pace from today’s pervasive and toxic diet culture. Jenn’s heart for helping others shines through in her writing as she uses her own life’s journey and realizations to both relate to and guide the reader towards a healthy mindset about body image and our relationship to food and eating. I love the concept about getting curious instead of critical. Many of the ideas she explores can be related to other areas of our lives, beyond our relationship with food, to other habits we may be trying to explore and change. I highly recommend it!
