Understanding and comprehensive

This listen was helpful in understanding intermittent fasting while having an understanding tone of the challenges faced while trying to lose weight. I liked the IRL stories included in the book and appreciated how the chapter on binge eating addressed the societal pressures on women to look a certain way vs. the desire to have joyful human experiences ie. ice cream with the kids.
