Irresistible is the third book in the Landmark Mountain series. This is workplace, single mom romance, frenemies to lovers. Marlow and Dakota moved to Colorado from Texas after her best friend Sophie moves and her ex-husband cheats. Dr Wyatt Landmark meets her when she hits his car, and she was furious with him when he wasn’t kind. Wyatt was attracted to her when she brought Dakota in for an ear infection. Marlow is hired on as a
Receptionist at his practice. The dynamic between Wyatt and Marlow was a lot of fun. I loved how Wyatt became a father to Dakota. The communication between them was good, and the third act conflict did not lead to a freak up! The romance was good!

Loved it

I love stories set in small towns and this one ticked all the boxes for me. A love story which was an emotional roller coaster. A romance that drew me in and quickly had me hooked.

The chemistry between them was intense and the banter witty. Somedqy was a wonderful book and I cannot wait to read more from this relatively new to me author.

I loved everything about this book. The narration by narrators Samantha Cook and Jameson Adams brought the characters and story to life for me. They were easy to listen to and their voices pleasant.

Second chance for a single mom

This started off as enemies turned frenemies to friends to lovers.

Marlow moved to Colorado to be close to her best friend. After finding her husband cheating she knew she needed a fresh start with her daughter.

After hitting Wyatt’s car, she instantly was furious with him. So many emotions thrown towards him and deep down she knew he could be different but it was easier to dislike him. Finding out he’s the brother of her best friend’s fiancé, she knew they will see a lot of each other.

I loved the forced proximity between these two since Marlow got a job at the hospital, Wyatt works at. Also the love Marlow’s daughter got instantly from Wyatt.

Cute found family romcom

I loved this book! The story was sweet and spicy. Fast paced and i had a great time! I didnt love the female narrator but it was not a make or break for me on the listening experience

Truly Irresponsible

Loved this entire series. I believe this book was my favorite. Loved all the characters and I actually cried tears of joy!! Thank you to the author and narrators!! Beautiful series!!

I like the pace of the story. Love the characters. I always love how books in a series flow, and this one flowed well.

Fun loving romance! Love how Marlo finds love and she has to open herself to trust someone else after being in a horrible relationship! Love the relationship between Wyatt and Dakota! Great read or listen whichever you prefer!
