This is a well written mystery with realistic characters and a well plotted mystery. I didn't particularly care for the narrator. Her voice didn't fit the characters. However, I didn't let that keep me from finishing the story. I hope the rest of the books are made into audiobooks.

Another great addition to the series
Patricia McLinn and Betty Moore have done it again with this latest installment. The characters are well crafted and fit nicely as a team. This is a series that grabbed a hold of me from the very first chapter in the first book and continues to strengthen its hold on me. The performance was spot on. I look forward to the next installment. I highly recommend this book/audiobook to cozy mystery fans.

Fabulous author, fabulous series.
Patricia McLean has become one of my favourite authors and the Caught Dead in Wyoming series is definitely one of my favourite series to read. I wait with bated breath for the next ones to come out.

Beware...narration changes
I have thoroughly enjoyed the books and purchased the audible versions for a cross country trip. The first 3 books had a wonderful narrator- voice fit the mature educated Chicago native newscaster. New narrator sounds is voicing all characters with a nasal twang and is rushing through the narration. Just plain awful for these books. Do yourself a favor and avoid audible version past book 3 . Stick with the written word.
