Excellent and practical.

I have listened to and read a lot of negotiations books and seminar, none of them were as practical as Victoria’s.
Highly recommended, can’t wait to apply this in my daily life.

Practical frameworks and great stories/examples

I read this book before some very important negotiations, used what I learned and maximized my outcomes. A few months later, I had Negotiation Strategies class with Dr. Medvec at Kellogg School of Management, where she reinforced what I learned from her book. Whether you're negotiating for yourself, with a customer or vendor - the tools you'll learn in this book will help you prepare and find great success.

Interesting read with actionable takeaways

I really appreciated the usefulness of this book and the authors experiences weaved in to show how anyone can use the negotiation tactics in business and in life.


It would have been nice if a PDF supplement were included as there are a lot of references to figures and tables that I’d like to reference while listening and on an ongoing basis.

Great book, but would appreciate copy of references

Great book, but a lot to remember. I bought both the audible and kindle copies, but neither includes the tables and charts referenced in the book, which is a bit disappointing.

Recommended reading, in any case!

Must listen to for negotiator from beginners to experts. Lots of Helpful strategies. Great book
