A Must Read for Parents of Autistic Children

Amber Arrington’s audio book is excellent. It informs, comforts and encourages parents of autistic children to take action to get the help their children need. She clearly lays out what to expect and which steps to take and when to take them. She addresses how to inform friends and family, set boundaries with them, how to speak of our children from a positive viewpoint, questions to ask when touring an ABA clinic, how to ask for help from family and friends so that I can take care of myself.l

She speaks from experience and leads the way for parents of newly diagnosed or not-yet diagnosed children to obtain assistance. There is so much invaluable information in this book. I listened to it twice!
