Publisher's summary

A one-night stand prequel romance to USA Today best-selling author K.A. Linde’s Wright with Benefits...

I can’t tear my eyes away from the stranger.

He’s too hot for this small town. Too polished for this seedy bar. And a hundred percent my type. Tall, dark, and handsome in a suit with brooding eyes that say he’d lay waste to my body. And I’d let him.

Our connection is immediate. The desire is blatant. I’ve never felt anything like it.

Then, I make the mistake of a lifetime: I let him walk out.

I’m still kicking myself when I show up to my best friend’s Wright family pool party. I walk outside and stop dead.

He’s here.

And he’s a Wright cousin.

My best friend’s brothers are off limits, but she never said anything about her cousin.

Perfect prequel!

One Wright Stand by K.A. Linde is a sexy prequel to Wright with Benefits. Narrated by two of my favourites, Joe Arden and Erin Mallon. Both are so passionate in their story telling.

This is a quick and steamy listen and is the perfect intro to Annie and Jordan’s story. The only problem is Jordan is only in town for one night and is leaving to go back home to Vancouver.

I loved the table that Linde set in introducing these characters. Annie is in medical school. She is focused and driven and is also best friends with Jordan’s cousin, Sutton. Jordan’s life is in Vancouver but his mom and brother are moving to Lubbock, Texas and the family has made it clear to him that he is more than welcome in the family business and to move as well.

I am looking forward to the rest of the story in Wright with Benefits.

A MUST READ before Wright With Benefits!

Totally worth reading this before Wright with Benefits!!! This book gives the whole background on how exactly Annie and Jordan first met. It’s a short and charming story of their first encounters and one night together!

“The universe puts people in our path, doesn’t really matter the size of the town.”
“I guess I have the universe to thank then.”

Quick, Hot Novella!

I loved this hot, little prequel novella a lot Annie and Jordan. I’m loving being back in the Wright’s world and all the heat that comes with it. Annie is going to need school and decides one night with a hot man who is leaving town the next day is just what she needs. Jordan is only visiting his Wright family while his mom and brother get settled. The chemistry between these too is soooo hot! I can’t wait to find out what happens in Wrights with Benefits.

Joe Arden and Erin Mallon narrate this audio! These two are always my one click narrators. Joe and Erin were the perfect Jordan and Annie!

VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!!

I really got into this prequel of Annie and Jordan as well as Jordan's family and Annie's friends. I actually purchased book 8 before book 7.5 but hadn't listened to it yet. So far, I really enjoy Annie; she is confident and is not continually questioning herself. She's a grown up; I hope her character doesn't change! Jordan is also a grown up! I am going to begin book 8 in a couple of hours. I haven't read/listened to any of the other books in the series but Joe Arden and Erin Mallon made this an easy pick for me! I definitely recommend this prequel!!

Cute but predictable

Annie and Jordan's story is too predictable right from the start. Especially when he said he was in town for family business. However, the author mase the story so short that it loooks like you will have to purchase several short books to find out what happens next.

Too Short

Love this series but this book could have been consolidated with the next in the series. Not worth spending a full credit for the length. I’ve spent one credit and received 5 books in a series. Quite disappointing.
