Will help your relationship

I like the part where it discussed about understanding you and your partner's attachment style for better communication and connection, I think its some sort of the foundation of the relationsip. it encourages both partners to work together, ensuring mutual growth and understanding. Must listen!

Overcoming Overthinking

I have to say this is a long one but high recommended. I have a big problem with this. I believe one of my relationships have messed me up for life because I can't stop overthinking everything. Before that I was not like that but after this 7 year relationship it messed me up and I can't stop overthinking now. I believe maybe jus maybe this audio might help. Apparently, this audio tells to how to overcome or at least lessen it. I am going to apply what I have learned to my everyday overthinking. Very well written and researched. Highly recommended.

Gave us hope and tools for better marriage

Transformed My Relationship!

My relationship was suffering due to my excessive thinking and anxiety, but this book changed everything. Worthwhile exercises for you and your partner

Marriage and relationships are hard. You dont understand what its like to have to give up your personal space and share a life style with someone. It takes patience , understanding and lot of work. Life can send you curve balls that make it hard to interact with anyone. At theses times its hard to listen and not over think. I have those problems quite often.
I felt it was great that this book starts with attatchment styles. Its good to know how you attacht to others and same for your partner. Thast way you can each adjust and meet in the middle if your styles conflict. I also loved the 10 things stopping you from listening. This is a common problem most couples have. Lastly the topic of overthinking. Sometimes you make a problem by overthinking and making the wrong choices. Or even saying the wrong thing at these times. You can aviod it and this book teaches you how. Overall a great book with many practical tips.
