Overcoming Overthinking
I have to say this is a long one but high recommended. I have a big problem with this. I believe one of my relationships have messed me up for life because I can't stop overthinking everything. Before that I was not like that but after this 7 year relationship it messed me up and I can't stop overthinking now. I believe maybe jus maybe this audio might help. Apparently, this audio tells to how to overcome or at least lessen it. I am going to apply what I have learned to my everyday overthinking. Very well written and researched. Highly recommended.

Transformed My Relationship!

Well written relationship improvement resource
I have to admit, this book is a wonderful guide for anyone looking to improve their relationship by tackling overthinking and anxiety. There are lots of practical exercises and strategies to help you and your partner create a loving and supportive environment. The book is wide-ranging ranging too, covering topics that include understanding attachment styles, building trust, and setting healthy boundaries. It also provides helpful tips for being a better listener and developing loving habits. The exercises will help you understand yourself (Lord knows I can use that) and your partner better. This is a great book If you are ready to work together with your partner and improve your relationship.

Worthwhile exercises for you and your partner
Marriage and relationships are hard. You dont understand what its like to have to give up your personal space and share a life style with someone. It takes patience , understanding and lot of work. Life can send you curve balls that make it hard to interact with anyone. At theses times its hard to listen and not over think. I have those problems quite often.
I felt it was great that this book starts with attatchment styles. Its good to know how you attacht to others and same for your partner. Thast way you can each adjust and meet in the middle if your styles conflict. I also loved the 10 things stopping you from listening. This is a common problem most couples have. Lastly the topic of overthinking. Sometimes you make a problem by overthinking and making the wrong choices. Or even saying the wrong thing at these times. You can aviod it and this book teaches you how. Overall a great book with many practical tips.
