Awesome information

Starting a real estate rental business has been a dream of mine for years! And with this audiobook, I'm one step closer. Such great and practical information, and a lot of general business education that I really needed as well. Fantastic narrator as well.

Packed with advice!

I am in the early stages of wanting to pursue this. This book caught my eye because it discussed starting the rental property endeavor with little to no money for the down payment and while I have some I was worried about having to spend everything. This book put my fears at ease and really gave good insight on how to start in this business! Will be using a lot of the information the author provided!

This book is great at explaining real estate

This book is a great resource for looking at and making decisions on real estate investments and how to turn those investments into passive income. The detail is great and I really appreciated the way the information is laid out. I found this book very useful and will use many of the ideas in my real estate investing.

Excellent Book!

My thoughts about investing in property have been ongoing for years. Having read this book, I now have the information I need to buy and rent properties. Also included are home and landlord insurance tips, taxes, fees, property management, bonds, lease agreements, and other significant details about buying and renting properties. Now that I know more about this, I feel more prepared to purchase a piece of property and try it. Great Book!

Very interesting subject. Good narration.

This book will discuss how to get started in real estate investing.
Some of the most interesting points for me were:

Intro to rental

This gives a good overview of bottom line basics of owning and running a rental income. There are many roads that I would not have considered that I now know I need to further research. It is easy to think you have an idea of an industry and not really know what your going to get yourself into. This is a good book for those interested in entering the rental real estate market.

Helpful for getting started!

This is an excellent guide for making money with rental properties. It has lots of practical strategies that anyone can implement to find good rental properties to purchase. Excited to start this journey after reading this book, I highly recommend it.
