Publisher's summary

Genesis Kelley didn't just get her heart broken. The aspiring veterinarian had it crushed in front of millions of viewers on the dating reality show Marry Me. Now, just as she's getting her life and dignity back together, her royal heartbreaker, Prince Rafael of Monterra, has landed in Frog Hollow, Iowa. And he's renting out her aunt's guest cottage.

Deceiving TV audiences for his brother's sake cost Rafe the girl of his dreams. But he's going to fix it, even if it means moving from his mountain-kingdom home to small-town Iowa. A prince doesn't give up on his rightful princess - especially once he realizes Genesis is in deeper danger than she knows.

Between fixing her truck, whisking her off to Monterra for a whirlwind date, and charming the entire town, Rafe is thawing the ice around Genesis's heart. Will it be enough to earn back her trust, protect her from her past - and sweep her into a real-life fairy tale?

Great review

loved it. I enjoyed listening to the audio recording of Royal Games. I hope there is a sequel.

Loved it

Another great story by this author. I really enjoyed the balance of romance and a little thrill as well. There are great secondary characters and subplots as well. The narrator did a fantastic job as well. Would recommend it to others.

Painful

So many contrived and unrealistic scenarios! Characters that changed their stripes completely and then back again on consecutive pages. Aaaaaa! I love a good romance - even a pure fluff romance - but this one was just frustrating. A few good moments but then right back to ridiculous are-you-kidding-me drivel. Sorry. Can't recommend this one.

Fairytale Romance!

I loved this series. So sweet. I have to say the narrator stressed me out. She sounded on the verge of tears, frustration or panic the entire book.

5 stars

I was a little annoyed by the main character's immaturity but overall this is very sweet and a little grandiose novel. Apparently, just how I like 'em. 5 stars.

Really???

The leading female in this story ruined the entire book for me. She repeatedly was so stupid I can't imagine anyone wanting to marry her. UGH. Poor Prince.

Back and forth

Genesis was back and forth & whiny the whole book. I love him, I don’t love him. I want him here, I don’t want him here. Any man would get tired of that. Then you get mad because he finally leaves. Everyone would understand him leaving, with her constant yes and no. Smart guy. Ugh. The last few minutes were hard to listen to. He saves her and she’s mad about that....

Just so so

This book was an easy read (or listen in this case). The main character was wishy-washy and whiny at times, but I still came to root for her. My biggest complaint is that the ending is very rushed. All the build up and then boom the climax and resolution only took about 5 minutes. The readers deserve more closure.

Wonderful Book

This was the third book in the series, the second one for me to listen to as an audio book.

Sariah Wilson wrote another wonderful book. I completely enjoyed Rafe and Genesis's story!!

Lauren Ezzo narrated well. I preferred Cristina Panfilio from book 2, but enjoyed Lauren Ezzo's performance. Worth my time!
