Great

A great book. It's got me geared up to start my New Year. It's just the right length. Many books on resolutions are too long. It seems like they are trying to hit a word count. Whole paragraphs are just thrown in there. But THIS book has good information straight to the point without a lot of extra fluff. ❤❤

Worth the Time for Some of the Tips

Quick and easy read with lots of good tips for making a change in your life. However, it focuses a little too much on overly positive "you can do it" messaging and toxic positivity while the book avoids delving into detail on the difficulties and realities of maintaining goals and how to get back on track with progress when you do miss certain milestones. Also mentions Google Calendar enough times that I felt like it was sponsored. The journaling prompts in particular were quite good, but the rest was pretty surface level. More of a motivational speech than a practical guide to goals.
