Action, Suspense and Forgiveness

Mixed Feelings

I think it’s a great storyline (as are most all of her books) but the performance was very disappointing. Several mispronunciations of key words. The male voices sounded the same, so it was a bit difficult to follow and I had to rewind several times to make sure I was following along correctly. Voice emphasis and fluctuations were very poor and made it hard to listen to (because it was apparent that the statement(s) were not written or intended in the manner that they were being said.
I’d like to finish the series, but am wary of the voice.

Oh my gosh this book is awesome!

I throughly enjoyed this author. The story line was awesome and educational. I also love series especially ones that actually fit with each story. I’m looking into more books by Susan May Warren.

Ends with a cliffhanger

Like most listeners, I don’t like cliffhangers.
Also, the book started out really slow. I was getting ready to stop and return it. I’m so glad I didn’t.
From chapter four on, I hated hitting the pause button.
This book grabbed me. Now I have to hope that book two is available.
Cynthia Farrell did a fantastic job with the narration.

The scripture & characters learning how to trust God again after trials & struggling. The narrator was very good too! Very natural with all the male & female voices also! 😊

Worth the credit

She never disappoints! Wonderful story and narration. Suspense throughout. Can’t wait for the next one.

Loved

Another great book by Susan May Warren. I love these characters in this book and series. I can’t wait for the next book in this series. I would recommend this book and all of Susan’s books. I listened to this book on audiobook.

Wonderful!

If I could have given more than five stars, I would have! All the way from the storyline to the performance, I didn’t want the book to end. The only negative is that the sequel won’t be releasing until June!

Great story line and characters

Anything written by Susie Mae Warren's is worth reading, but this is one of her best.

Narrator

I liked the story, but Ididn't enjoy the narrator in the audible version.
I couldn't figure out WHAT was going on in the last few minutes of the book - was anyone else able to figure it out?
