Great, fun book
The book is so well written; it provides useful, actionable information that you can incorporate into your life to make your brain last. It also comes with a few good-taste jokes every here and there that make the book very fun and light. I strongly recommend it. Plus, George Newbern is the absolutely best in the business when it comes to narrating books. 10/10

COMPLETE BS
This book is full of the best Brain Science, maybe you thought "BS" meant something else. Dr.Milstein’s compilation of research and insight is Fantastic. Learning the mechanics of the organ and how it relates to how we live our lives was fascinating. Knowing the actionable avenues that are available for us to lengthen our cognitive fitness gives me hope for myself and those I love. The Producer’s choice of narrator ( George Newbern) fit perfectly. Listen to this book twice or more.

Excellent narration, thoroughly entertaining!
This is one of the best audio books on brain health I have ever listened to. The narrator did a wonderful job of reflecting the author's thoroughly entertaining, extremely informative, and very practical advice on keeping your brain young. I recommend this to anyone who wants to stay healthy and live long.
