Lets get better
I throughly enjoyed this book. Its been so helpful. It is full of good godly information. This book inspires me to do even more than what I do now and I have already made these changes.

A must read and do
This book has been on my radar for years, but I never made the move until now. This is one of the most well-rounded and sustainable health plans I have encountered. I am glad I finally made the choice to read it.

Great approach on changing your lifestyle!
I enjoy the fact that The Daniel plan brings you into changing the way you think having faith that God can help you go through this life style change
it helps you look at food from a medical perspective that really helps removing unhealthy foods from your life
it focuses on the importance of fitness even if you don’t do a lot at least do something!
And have a support group of friends or family that want to embark on this journey with you
I enjoy the fact that they even have a mobile app and that you have a support group on Facebook
I bought the book as well
and I plan on listening to this audiobook again
I enjoyed everything because it makes sense that we need to train our minds and the way we think
I enjoyed the medical scientific research on how the brain works !
I enjoyed the lists of foods that they recommend or not recommend
it’s simple but yet doable to achieve this lifestyle change

Easy to understand instructions for making changes
I get bogged down in all the rules and complicated menus in starting a new diet. I like the idea of looking for foods with simple ingredients. The spiritual aspect is also very helpful.

enjoyable
It made preparing for The Daniel Plan much quicker and easier. I am excited to give the Daniel Plan and Detox a try. I feel after listening to this book, that it is achievable.

Better to read. Boring to listen to. Typical
Audio book is okay, but offers vague guidance on structuring an eating plan that gets results. A list of dos and don'ts that most of us know but how can we change for more than a season. Best part of book is section on faith. Typical Rick Warren work like The Purpose Driven Life, left a lot to be desired. Most of these studies are done in community which helps people last longer in them but resulted in no real life changing. I was disappointed to get to the end of the book and fin only 4 minutes dedicated to a Detox I should have started in the beginning.
