Story that makes you think.

Very good writing. AI voice work very easy to understand. Noticed a few errors in language such as Hell and Med (short for medium) but would welcome hearing more AI voice overs.

Great story and characters with real American values and the center holding together is GOD and His laws

Excellent story and worth reading, not a fan of virtual voice naration

This is an excellent book for everyone to read, well written and enjoyed thoroughly. The virtual voice made it hard to follow the story and characters. Virtual voice had a strange echo and does not distinguish between voices that you get from a true live narrator. virtual voice is a great place sitter until a live narrator is complete with a project but not a replacement. I will pay full price of this book if a live narrator is replaced with the virtual voice. I like to work while I listen to my books so it is a step up from kindle read out loud but still needs a lot of work.

Fantastic!

I watched Steve's YouTube for years and knew by listening that he had great values. he really put those values in these books and it's extremely refreshing hearing a well-written book, with plenty of clever yet subtle humor, but most importantly, without the terrible language that most books of my favorite genre (apocalyptic) brings. thanks steve!

Outstanding storyline

I have longed to get into Steven C Smith’s book every since they were recommended by Pastor Joe Fox on his YouTube channel. Unfortunately I don’t have much free time to actually sit down and read a book and Mr. Smith’s books were not available in audio format. Much to my delight, I found several of Steven Smith’s books in the plus catalog on Audible recorded by AI. The voice is definitely not Kevin Pierce but it’s not offensive. It’s comical on occasion but it doesn’t pick up on the slang. Pastor Joe Fox was spot on with his recommendation. Reversion is awesome just as he said it was. I highly recommend Reversion and the sequel book Reversion. I enjoy Mr Smith’s content on Patreon, I find it interesting to see him in a new light. Again, highly recommended!

Always have hope

I love this series if you’ve read the book one second after you will probably like this one as well. The narration is done by an AI voice but it’s really hard to tell, overall great book can’t wait to get into the rest of the series.

story was great. also there could be or may already be stories written in the same "universe" or fictional time line. just wish it had a human narrator

The "narrator" that got in the way

To the author. Please and sincerely, consider having this book re-recorded. This great story absolutely deserves a professional narrator (RC Bray and Kevin Pierce come to mind). If not a pro, narrate it yourself. You would do far better than the AI.

I have hundreds of titles in my library. I do not like giving negative reviews, but the AI used in this book takes the "award". It literally kept me from the author's investment of this great story, and it is a story that deserves better. I had been waiting for this book series for several years. The author had also responded to me via his YT channel he had something "in the works" for an audio book. Good narration of a book immerses the reader in the story. I tried to listen but only heard the story and was constantly jerked out of it by regular missed inflection, no distinction between characters, odd pauses, and flat out mispronunciations of words, If this is the only audio copy of the book, I am glad I at least finally heard it.
