From the author of the instant New York Times best seller The Wives comes another twisted psychological thriller guaranteed to turn your world upside down.

Have you ever been wrong about someone?

Juno was wrong about Winnie Crouch.

Before moving in with the Crouch family, Juno thought Winnie and her husband, Nigel, had the perfect marriage, the perfect son — the perfect life. Only now that she’s living in their beautiful house, she sees the cracks in the crumbling facade are too deep to ignore.

Still, she isn’t one to judge. After her grim diagnosis, the retired therapist simply wants a place to live out the rest of her days in peace. But that peace is shattered the day Juno overhears a chilling conversation between Winnie and Nigel....

She shouldn’t get involved.

She really shouldn’t.

But this could be her chance to make a few things right.

Because if you thought Juno didn’t have a secret of her own, then you were wrong about her, too.

From the wickedly dark mind of best-selling author Tarryn Fisher, The Wrong Family is a taut new thriller that’s riddled with twists in all the right places.

The Wrong Family is your new obsession. It’s full of twists you’ll never see coming and you’ll be breathless until the end. Trust me: you’ve never read anything like this.” (Number one New York Times best-selling author, Colleen Hoover)

Don’t miss An Honest Lie, the next gripping, unputdownable, twist-filled thriller from Tarryn Fisher!

This one grips you hard where it hurts and squeezes!

While I'm pushing past 1,000 audiobooks - more than 700 thru Audible alone - this has to be in the Top Ten of my all time favorites! I wanted to stay with it through a single reading, it was so good! It's 4AM as I write this - seriously. There's just one aspect of the story line that requires a little suspension of belief - but just go with it and you will be richly rewarded! And the ending - well, you'll never see it coming. It was ^that* good!

Good book

I enjoyed the writing, as well as the narration.

The story began with a bit of slow burn. But not so slow to where I was bored though. I liked the characters and how the author wove all the pieces together.

wasn't expecting the ending at all. I am usually pretty good at guessing what happens, but not with this story.

Meh!

Great narration but that’s about all. Story was all over the place. I kept waiting for the big twist but it never came.

I lost interest at times as it seemed to drag on. Decent plot. Would recommend to others.

Pretty good

Recommend! I did have to jump back quite a few times during the first cpl of chapters to establish who was who but caught on quickly. There is a bit of suspended reality but that being said it was good. The story was quite different than your typical formulaic thriller. Give it a listen 👂

Entertaining but...

I never leave comments but I really felt I needed to here. The Wrong Family has all the ingredients to make a delicious thriller. However, I was confused for a majority of the book, not getting the whole gist until much later than I'd hoped. I almost gave up a few times. I was left with questions and wanting to know more.

Great book!

Held my attention from the very beginning. Had me gasping out loud in many instances and I sad when it was over. I loved the narration and the different voice inflections and emotion she put into each character. Great job and hope to read more by the author or with this narrator again

Loved it!

The story was well written and most importantly, the gradual character development helped the reader gain perspective. At first I thought this was going to be same old predictable story - but the twists leave the reader thinking about things long after the story ended. The ending was well done!

Interesting twists

I liked that there was lots of detail about the characters. It was nice bc when you think you know where it's going it changes course.
