Only one issue

The only issue I had with this audio book was the piano at the end or beginning of each chapter. It got annoying after about 10 chapters, and we have 84 to get through! Other than that, this was excellent outline and is really helping me prepare for the MBE

Great study tool - for Paralegals, too!

I needed to brush up before I took a certification exam for Paralegals, and this was great! The simplistic overview and examples helped me get a few more answers than I would have if I hadn't listened beforehand - it's been six years since I took the class as part of my certificate program. I work with probate, trusts, and estates - not litigation - so I haven't had to deal with these concepts since school.

I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to brush up with a quick overview.

I'm a fan of the series

I am not a lawyer nor student. I just like to study law casually. I love the coverage and delivery of content, and, for what it's worth, I believe this content is a great entry into Tort. I have other books in this series and so far they're great.

Tort

Very nicely explained and broken down to simple terms and definitions. Perfect for a first year law student.

Wonderful

Excellent examples that make you laugh. My favorite was the family guy example. That Stewie is always falling in the street and getting in trouble. Great book!

Uninspired

Basic definitions paired with the bare minimum of explanation and brief, cliche hypotheticals. Little effort put into listenablity.
