A breath of fresh air
An exciting forray into a distant future with interesting characters and some really fun AIs. This was exactly the type of book I was looking for. Chaney and Anspach are great together, their voices made even more incredible by RC Bray's. I hope there are sequels to this, because this is a universe I want to explore even more.

Amazingly Done! New Galaxy Edge in the making!
A great book with likable characters who are narrated by the one and only R.C. Bray. I knew after the second or third chapter that is was going to be good. Good story modeling and character development. Brody the android is awesome and Bray really uses his voice to make him hilarious. A classic science fiction thriller that includes the passage of time, the world's oldest profession, and Anspach military talk. I hope this becomes a series! Make it happen Anspach, the world of Ahmir has plenty left to write about!

Great Start!
Totally enjoyed this book, even as a standalone. But.....I really hope these characters get to continue on in an actual series, learning and growing into a real team. Would love to see the good guys re-engage with the baddies on the bad guys new world.

Another Podium homerun by it's all-star authors!
First and foremost, Bray narration, I need say nothing about that and further inflate his ego! I hate getting addicted to any Cole, Anspach, or Chaney series, the installments or "fixes' never seem to come frequent enough and I find myself "jonesing" for the next hit. These co-written series are seamless, with only subtle nuances as to being co-written. Please I beg keep these installments coming with a frequency that can keep a "junkie" (me) satisfied.

Absolutely Fantastic!!
What can you say about a magical trio of two Amazing authors, Jadon Anspach and JN Chaney, and magic performance of the man himself RC Bray? It sucks you in right from the beginning and keeps you wanting more at the end. If you love technical war scenes mixed with Sci-fi and great characters, this book is for you. The writing superb and as always RC Bray enhances the storyline beyond your imagination. More books please. Now.
