Great story

I really enjoy the works from this author. Engaging book, all loose ends wrapped up, and the narrator was great too.

Very solid good end of the World Series.

I have read a lot of apocalypse series, so many just lose the plot or lose interest. I can say this one keeps you hooked all the way through. Good, fun read!!!

Good chactors and storyline.

Enjoyable and believable series with many disparate parts that were all woven together for an entertaining experience.

The strength of the children and the town folks.

I thoroughly enjoy the story from beginning to end. For a moment I wondered if the characters we met at the beginning would make an appearance in the last book. I like how the author wrapped up the story.

Ok

Really bad with ranks of officers. There are no 50 year old captains in the military. If you don’t make major you are out.

Stormy weather indeed!

This book was exciting, at times extremely fast paced, with very enjoyable characters. However, like an extremely rich dessert…….. sometimes too much can spoil things. This series had so much stuffed in it that I think storylines which could have best been
explored in another series. I would definitely read another book by these two authors.

Very Interesting!

Well, I did enjoy the story and narration overall. I definitely could tell the difference in this collaboration with Kenny Soward. I think he greatly improved this story of Mike Kraus's. I have listened to this narrator a couple times now and he is my #3 favorite to listen to! Of course the main characters always come out on top, which is understandable but the last 7 or 8 chapters had me rolling my eyes. Yes, I know this is fiction but definitely got to be a bit annoying! I will read and listen to more from Mr. Kraus and Mr. Soward.

Worth the listen

Some of the phrasing was unnecessarily wordy. The author also used words that were too complex, words that people do not commonly use. At times, it was a distraction from the story.
