I have always been a Louisa M. Alcott fan!

When this book came out on Audible, I immediately ordered it. I have only listened to 2 chapters, but am hooked. Knowing Ms Alcott, I knew she was a forward thinker, and had integrated her beliefs in all her works, including this one.

Inspirational

I love reading classics like Louisa May Alcott's books. The characters are wonderful. The experiences of Christy are so realistic and believable. Christy's life is an inspirational series of events that draw her to God. And the story is gripping as she learns and grows. I loved this book!

The narration is wonderful, bringing to life the characters and their experiences as well as the culture of the day.

I requested this book from the narrator and am voluntarily leaving this honest review.

Enjoyable Listen

I had always wanted to read more works by Alcott since Little Women has always been a favorite story of mine, but never got around to it. It was great being able to hear her work in audiobook format. The narration was great and kept me engaged throughout the story. I got to the point where I was seeing it in my mind. Great audiobook!
