I love this book!!

This is the perfect book for me to listen to at this point in my life. Because i'm in peri-menopause and things are drastically different. I don't understand why I'm so angry and my body is not mine anymore.
This audio explains reasons why the body changes because of estrogen and progesterone levels and other reasons. The author goes into all different types of intermittent, fasting and keto plans. I've essentially been on the 18/6 plan for a long time but if I pay more attention to it, it might help me lose weight. I Love how she gives the difference in macros from a regular diet to a keto diet.

I don't understand grams or Celsius but if you do the recipes will be easier for you. I have to do conversions but they sound AMAZING. Courgettes and aberjeans.... There's a few things that are definitely British? French?

There's a whole recipe book for both keto and Mediterranean diet listed here and they sound so good. How to exercise while intermittent fasting is also explained. This is definitely one of those books. I'm going to need to have a print copy of as well. So that I have all of these amazing recipes

Trying to Understanding Perimenopause & Menopause

Diving into this book was a real eye-opener for me as a guy trying to get a handle on the whole premise of perimenopause and menopause.

The way it marries intermittent fasting with the Keto diet is pretty slick.

The practical steps, diet advice, and those over 50 recipes – it's like hitting the jackpot for anyone who's looking to really understand and support the women in their life.

There are really not a whole lot of resources on this subject and I'm glad to have found this one.

Directly from a physiotherapist

Michelle Rowlinson has placed a huge emphasis on utilizing the keto diet in conjunction with intermittent fasting for benefit in basically all areas of life. As time goes on, and as studies to do with diets grow (along with technological advances), age over 40 seems more and more youthful. I mean, from a broader perspective, life expectancy goes up all the time and things like working out and organic food are becoming more and more mainstream in our society. The subject of positive topics within individuals with a passion for health is really the crux of what this book stands for–to inspire those who want to improve their health, remain powerfully lean, and boost so many benefits, such as better cognition, better sleep, and so on, from taking a diet focused approach. All areas of life truly do improve. I love that this book comes directly from a physiotherapist with a decade plus experience.
