About this listen

The Fates wanted more for her; now, she's got to man up to tackle the future they've handed her....

Thalia Lyndhoven's got balls. Well, not literally. But she has the cojones to do what needs to be done to make things right in her pack. Nor is she afraid to dirty her hands or push her nose in where angels would fear to tread.

Speaking of...with two of her three mates at her side, Thalia's life has never been brighter. For the first time, she's hopeful for tomorrow. She's freer than she's ever been, even if she does have the burden of a prophecy riding on her coattails.

In walks mate number three. Not only does he have wings, a beautiful face, and an attitude, he has news. A second prophecy.

Seems like Thalia's just an overachiever when it comes down to the doomsday stuff. For the first time, she's not excited to have her final mate at her side. This one comes bearing gifts that no one would ever ask for and with a tale that rewrites history as the world knows it.

Man, Lyken, and Fae. The combined power of her males means something. Thalia just has to figure out what that may be, all while absorbing her new role as Triskele - a royal enforcer for the pack.

She's never been safer with her three males at her side, but she's never been in more danger, either....

Will she prevail? Or will she fail in her duties, not just to Lykenkind, but the Fae, too?

Contains mature themes.

I can't put it down!

I'm doing a lot more of the mindless chores as an excuse to walk around with my phone in my pocket and my ear buds keeping me out of conversations. It's a good thing. I can't put it down.

Triskele

Loved the story and the characters. The weakness though was the male narrator. Sorry to say that but that part was painful to listen to.

Enjoyed the story

I enjoyed the story and look forward to this series. The narration is nice but the character voices are inconsistent and some just plain annoying. Theo speaks as though he's part snake. Miguel booms to the point that it gives me a headache regardless of how low i turn my volume when he speaks. Thalia sounds like a responsible adult in some chapters and others not so much. When she starts the challenge in Book 1 she sounds like the leader she's meant to be. Rolf's voice is the only one that's consistent. I look forward to the continuation of the story and would prefer to listen as my physical reading time is limited. But my ears can only take so much.

Good story, that narrator tho....

it's a great storyline, and I'm already on the second book and I probably will finish this series, but that male narrator. yep his voices for the characters are so unrealistic and hard to listen to. he sounds like the worst actor in the world trying to portray the opposite gender and why he goes so deep for her second mates voice is beyond me. it makes the story seem cheesier than it is.

Mmmm

It was sorta annoying how they get all mopey and lovey dovey over the same stuff. Lol I guess it was the wrong book for me to get invested in. Also her saying weed is bad for you had me laughing. Weird how some magical being who was literally kept in a castle her whole life has a view on it anyway.

Horrible narrator

I have no idea why the narrator makes the guys sound like he has his nose plugged when talking when his normal voice is fine until he goes into a specific character then his voice grates on my nerve it is so distracting from such a good story to hear his nasal fake voices
