Best book linking OSA and full body heath I’ve read!!
This book will give you a new appreciation of how the body responds to poor quality sleep and decreased oxygen from sleep apnea and upper airway obstruction. Highly recommend!!

Landmark clinical work
After hydration, sleep is the number 2 factor affecting human well-being. It’s mostly overlooked and given little attention. Even by functional medicine doctors and neurologists. Fix your sleep and improve or eliminate most chronic health problems. It’s worked in every case I’ve seen.
