From the early days of raw corn liquor to the myriad distilleries that have proliferated around the country today, bourbon is a symbol of the United States. This course traces bourbon's entire history, from the 1700s, with Irish, Scottish, and French settlers setting up stills and making distilled spirits in the New World, through today's booming resurgence.

More times than not, it's just the horse expressing the way he feels at that particular moment in time....

Great Read!
Even for beginners, "Nature's Healing Touch" is a life-changing audiobook that shows the rejuvenating benefits of herbal gardening. This guide skillfully combines the many advantages of mindfulness and stress alleviation with doable advice for cultivating a colorful herbal garden. I especially liked the chapter listing the herbs and their benefits, such as peppermint for respiratory problems. The chapter highlighting using herbal bouquets was a great tip for using herbs in a different way. With tips for creating healthful foods and tending to your own green sanctuary, this audiobook provides a comprehensive approach to appreciating nature's offerings. A necessary partner for anybody looking to connect with the earth's healing powers on a deeper level.

Motivated to Grow
I was fascinated by this audiobook. I've been wanting to start a garden for a while but never took action because I was already busy. I was worried it would fail because I didn't have a green thumb. However, with the emphasis here on herbs, and now that I understand the health benefits of working in a garden and connecting with nature, I am motivated to grow herbs. Plus this book gives great advice on how to get started even if you're a beginner!
