Great advice and funny!
This was a great book that had fun stories along with giving great advise. I have listened to it several times. I have several of these types people in my life and I appreciate different angles in how to deal with them or disappear from their lives!

Awesome!
When I first saw this title, I thought it was just another pop-psychology book, but the content was very informative. The author certainly has a profound understanding about the nature of high-conflict personalities. He also goes into great detail discussing the possible evolutionary advantages to such traits which is interesting because most books in this field paint a black and white narrative about this subject matter.

Eye Opening
This gave me deep insight to exactly what type of personality and that there were more than one, how to identify it and how to deal with it. it feels so amazing to know I'm not the one that's crazy and that all the things I thought my boyfriend of 11 years was doing intentionally.... WAS!
