Complete book on Awareness

Few spiritual books go through the entire spectrum of human experience and divine consciousness. This book takes us through simple practical meditations to realize our nature as Boundless Awareness. It also helps us deal with our conditioning and trauma in the form of Awareness based shadow work. Highly recommended!
