Feeling refreshed
I was thrilled to find something that works consistently; after listening for a few nights in a row, I had great results. My airpods have worked just fine, allowing me to drift off into a deep sleep, waking up feeling refreshed. I don't have to listen to music at a loud volume either, as I'm asleep within a few minutes anyway!
