While they both come from within us, IntuWitchin involves our innate capacity to learn and fluently speak the symbolic language of the Universe. It allows us to receive information from every animal or number, any part of our body, dreams, conversations, and more. We’ve all been told to follow our intuition, but IntuWitchin shows you how.

We may believe that we are the masters of our fates, but in reality, we are at the mercy of hundreds of trillions of single-celled organisms that exert control over every aspect of how our minds and bodies function. These are the diverse species of microbes that work together synergistically to communicate with each other and with every system in our bodies. You are your microbiome’s home, and it wants to take care of you, but first you have to protect it. In Gut Check, Dr. Steven Gundry reveals the emerging science proving that Hippocrates was right—all disease begins in the gut.

Our ability to prevent and reverse these conditions—and feel incredible today—is under our control and simpler than we think. The key is our metabolic function—the most important and least understood factor in our overall health. As Dr. Casey Means explains in this book, nearly every health problem we face can be explained by how well the cells in our body create and use energy. To live free from frustrating symptoms and life-threatening disease, we need our cells to be optimally powered so that they can create “good energy,” the essential fuel that impacts every aspect of our wellbeing.

Publisher's summary
Biohack Like a Woman, written by health coach and biohacker Aggie Lal, is a revolutionary approach to weight loss and biohacking that’s made by a woman for women.
"You—dieting again?!" Three words that could ruin your day. Why? Because they sound more like an accusation than anything else. Making you feel self-conscious and embarrassed all at the same time, just like the other 71.9 million women trying to slim down each year, starving themselves with fad diets and counting calories like their lives depend on it, never seeing the numbers on the scale go down.
We live in a world where women are bombarded with weight-loss information from every angle. However, most of that information is created by men that see shedding pounds from a male perspective. They don’t take into account the most important variable to us women…our Infradian Rhythm.
Enter Biohack Like a Woman—a tailor-made way for you to lose all the weight you desire. Not by counting calories. Not by giving up your favorite foods, but by biohacking your Infradian Rhythm (otherwise known as your 28-day cycle).
As you probably know, our cycles regulate our hormones and hormones regulate our hunger, fat burning, energy levels, sleep quality, and mood. When we go on restrictive diets or bust our asses in the gym without being mindful of our hormones, we are going against our own body’s rhythm.
This is not a recipe book, an exercise routine, or a diet book. It’s a blueprint on how to listen to your Infradian Rhythm and adapt the information you’ll discover in the book to your own special circumstances, which you can customize to you and your needs.
And best of all, you won’t have to change your diet or lifestyle to achieve your goals, because one of the key things you’ll find out when you listen to this audiobook is that when and how you eat is more important than what you eat.
PLEASE NOTE: When you purchase this title, the accompanying PDF will be available in your Audible Library along with the audio.

Contrary to popular myth, human violence almost always has a discernible motive and is preceded by clear warning signs.

Story
Your autonomic nervous system is responsible for the constant but mostly subconscious communication between your brain and body. When you experience stress, anxiety, or trauma, your nervous system formulates responses to keep you alive. But you can also become trapped in survival mode if you’re consistently exposed to unsafe environments, toxic relationships, or destructive thought patterns. Mind-body practitioners Jen Mann and Karden Rabin now provide the first in-depth look at nervous system regulation, somatic therapy, Polyvagal theory, the vagus nerve, and the mind-body connection.

A phenomenal, life changing book
This book is filled with infinite wisdom and practical tips and tricks for living a healthier lifestyle. What I love the most though is that it is not just a list of things that I need to improve on. Aggie had such a warm and loving spirit that helps you to truly love yourself. I believe that true change comes from a place of self love and self respect rather than the dogmatic styles that many of us have tried. This was a breath of fresh air.

Wanted to love it
I really struggled to get through this book, if the ideal reader is curious and has self compassion, why is so much time spent “relating” and assuming the reader hates most of their body or needs to learn to appreciate their body?! Minus the self loathing I had a similar story - plant based for health, found Dave Asprey and rabbit holed it, skipping the insane like fasting 20hrs and cold plunges (the womb is meant to be warm!) The best part of Dave and male bio hacker mindset - they don’t assume/project self loathing on the reader. I’m sure a lot of women can relate, it is eye opening to how Aggie must really see herself and her journey. Adore her, love her on IG, loved her “performance” on this, but it felt like 90% of the content was a spin on “how to not hate your body bc you clearly hate it or wouldn’t be reading this book.” I was soooo excited for a female perspective and greatly disappointed it assumes all women hate themselves or struggle with self compassion.

This book was read beautifully! Everything in the book was explained in a simple and entertaining way. I still have a long way to go in my health journey. Aggie explains everything in phases. So simple. No need to do it all at once just to feel overwhelmed and fail. I’m so excited to start implementing all this advice!! Highly recommend this book.
