great book that builds upo. everything in book 1.
if you liked that, get this asap
SBT actually improved their performance from the first book...
among other things vex is now a little easier to understand while remaining the same little firecracker

only a few chapters in but had to grab the first
I was gifted a code to review and the characters hooked me fast enough to grab the first book so I could listen to the entire story.

Epic
If you enjoyed the first you'll definitely enjoy this one. Storyline progresses magnificently with lots of building both characters and dungeon. Extremely well voiced.

Never reading another story with a 'dungeon fairy' again
It's like authors try to make the most insufferable, unlikable characters imaginable. That's fine, but they should be treated as such.
They never are.
Tbf, the dungeon with no knowledge of modern tech or acronyms is an idiot for not knowing what CCTV means though /s

drawn out. worse than first. bad end.
massively drawn out battles. humanizing the dungeons. unsatisfying ending makes me uninterested in next book.
saddened by how this book turned out, the first had decent potential but this installment wasted a lot of that good will.
narration is alright same issues as previous book but overall alright, and the best part of listening.
not recommend
