Connor and Ellie - all the feelings

This book had a LOT. As in emotions.

Zachary and Andi's narration brought me to tears a few times. Doesn't take much but a small inflection of their voices to get me. They also had me smiling as their narration of Hadley the 7 year old! She was the BEST.

This book reels you in, and you can't stop listening. You fear for Ellie - there is a domestic abuse issue, and it is scary for her and Hadley.

Connor, he has his own issues, and he's trying to rid himself of the demons of his father's beatings after his mother died. Being back on his family farm after 8 years is not helping him.

Together they learn to heal, but they also uncover some ugly truths. This is an emotional beautiful story.

Heartwarming!

Great story very heartfelt. What they went through as individuals & the impact it had years later.

The narration was perfection of course with Andi & Zachary two of my fav!!

So worth the time & money

I suggest that other people should read this if you like love stories this was a good book I plan to listen to it again

Love the Arrowood boys already

I enjoyed this audio book. While not an easy topic, the characters are very lovable. Abuse is a horror like no other and both characters have some major baggage. When at eighteen they meet and have an instant connection, they find themselves dreaming of their moment. Their one moment. Eight years later they find each other amidst new horrors. And it’s still there; that connection. And it’s unavoidable. Fate? Maybe. Manipulation by the man who was the cause of so many nightmares? Most assuredly. Their happiness and HEA has many obstacles, one filled with so much heartache and loss, it seems insurmountable and unforgivable. But it’s time to make their own family and step out of the past.

I’m hooked!

I love the story! I can’t wait for the rest of The Arrowood Brothers stories!!

As always Corinne Michaels writes another great story. She keeps giving me favorite characters with each book. The reviews are right on this one. It’s one ya can’t put down.

Heartbreak with a HEA

I experienced sadness, humor and happiness in this book. I felt for her and for him, glad that they had Liam and Quinn from Consolation and Conviction in the book even if it were brief. Loved this book and of course two of the best narrators to add to the story. Great job Corrine..

You will fall in love with Connor

Corinne Michaels has absolutely done it again. Andi and Zachary are so perfect as Ellie and Connor. This story is so absolutely amazing. I can't even begin to describe how incredible amazing this Audio book is. Love Connor and Ellie. Can't wait to listen about the Arrowood brothers. Corinne never stop writing you are a phenomenal writer and story teller. Plus I love that Liam and Quinn made an appearance. Liam will always be my favorite but Connor is pretty dam close to betting him.

Great Story a bit slow

I love the narrators so that alone is a 5 star. The story line was good but I kept waiting for something to happen. Nothing really happened that got me to go OMG I didn't see that coming. It was a good time for me to listen as I was cooking all day so the book kept me company.

Little girl makes the book

The daughter Hadley totally made this book great. She made me laugh so much!

Terrible tragedy but a great example of forgiveness. Love & respect!
