Everyone should read this!
This book is fantastic. I think that every human should read this book! We all have our reasons that loving ourselves is hard or something we never even thought of, but it is so critical in becoming the best human we can be. It is only in loving yourself truly that we are able to truly love others and reading this book is a great place to start in learning how to love yourself. I love that he lays out a plan to continue the work beyond the book. Thank you for writing this.

Such a beautiful surprise
I am 52 years old and have struggled with self love my entire life. For the last five years I have been stumbling around trying to figure out how to find some inner peace without much progress. In a Facebook group a woman had mentioned this book in passing. I have it a try. This book was honestly just beautiful. The story was honest and vulnerable and it was written by a man. It has touched my soul. So thankful he decided to write it.
