Publisher's summary
Love makes us lose ourselves, while finding ourselves at the same time. It spins us, even after we want to get off. It completes and empties, it conquers and faces defeats, all the while making our hearts beat. The love between soul mates isn’t weightless - it’s heavy. It’s why we drown in it.
Baltimore Socialite Yanice Lavender is the daughter of a high-profile prosecutor who has just won the biggest case of his career for putting away Richard “Rich” Summers. Following the lead of her father, Yanice is on track to have the world know her name. In the absence of his father, Lawson Summers is doing what he has to do, to take care of the home.
In less than ideal circumstances, Yanni and Law cross paths, and fall into a forbidden love they can’t get out of - no matter how hard they try - a love that could tear them from their families.
Heavy on the insta-love, this urban romance is packed with drama, steamy sex scenes, and a love that will keep you warm at night! Will Law and Yanni drown in one another, or learn how to breathe without each other?

Love conquers all
If you love someone, you will let them go. And if they return it is truly meant to be!
This book represents this saying to a “T”. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and I highly recommend it. The narrator could have done better and fell flat sometimes but overall a great story!
