Publisher's summary

Eve Sawyer had a bright future ahead of her when a tragic accident cost her everything. Now, 12 years later, desperation for all she has been missing compels her to seek comfort and pleasure in the arms of strangers. A few hours indulging in anonymous sex with a man named Nate gives her more pleasure than she ever dreamed possible. Unfortunately, past experiences with men haven't given her any hope that incredible night could ever lead to anything more. After meeting Nate again and succumbing to his erotic coercion to enter into a sex-only affair, she soon discovers all the different ways a man with a very healthy sex drive and a creative imagination can give a woman with limitations the exciting, pleasurable adventures she has been craving.

Nate Radcliff never had trouble forgetting a woman once he left her bed until he spent the night having sex with a woman who insisted on keeping her name a secret and her face hidden in the dark. The way she embraced everything they tried and that unique breathless gasp she made wouldn't let him forget her. A few weeks later, a chance encounter has him coming face to face with the woman he has been obsessing about. He is stunned to discover the reason she hadn't needed a light that night; she is blind. Immediately struck with admiration for the lengths Eve is willing to go to to brighten her dark world, he becomes determined to give her the adventures she craves.

Well written, wrong narrator!

I liked the story, and the plot was cute. The sex scenes were nice. However, the narrator took me out of the scene in my head so many times that I almost quit listening to the book. I wished I had bought the Kindle version and just read the story. Mr. Wells was the wrong man for this sexy story.

Great story!

Lovely story. Good job on describing the issues blind people deal with on a daily basis. The premise of the story was very intriguing. The narrator did a good job except for his portrayal of the main character. He used words and intonations that an upper class Southern man would never use. He made him Sound like a low life at times. That was confusing.

Couldn’t finish

There were just too many jarring mispronunciations to continue. The narrator was a mismatch for the story.

It’s a good story

The narrator has the deep, husky voice of the perfect cowboy, mc club member or shifter but a blue blood he does not. Overall the story is pretty good and I hope the series continues because truly this leaves the audience hanging. It might be better read rather than heard.

Excellent Story

This is an excellent story. Well written. Not very keen on the preformer. If done in a duel narration with proper inflection, I would have enjoyed it more.

The Narration is a Definite No!!

I am going to switch over to reading the ebook. I could not finish the audiobook. The story is good. There seems to be some intrigue to it. Eve and Nate seem to have really good chemistry.

The narration is not well done and continues to take me out of the story. Even if a narrator's voice is not to my taste, I won't judge harshly. I will clearly state that it wasn't my taste, or it didn't feel to me like a good narrator for the character/characters.

I have to wonder if anyone who read this book bothered to listen to the narrator's finished product before it was released. There were so many glaring errors, obvious mispronunciations, and even missed words. The errors were blatant and kept taking me out of the flow of the book. Had it been a couple of errors, no big deal. Repeated errors and I'm only half way in to the book, I had to stop.

The narrator had a nice voice, but the delivery was a little wooden. Add the errors to the delivery, and the narration was a bust.

If that type of error doesn't bother you, go ahead and listen to the book. I wouldn't recommend it. The rating has to do with the narration (since this is Audible) and not the story. I haven't finished the story, but so far it seems decent.
