Publisher's summary
From the Top 10 bestselling author of This Man comes the unmissable final book in the One Night series.
They made their choice. And now Livy and Miller must fight for a life without secrets - and a passion without limits...
Livy has never known pure desire like this. The gorgeous and mysterious Miller Hart captivates her, seduces her, and worships her in deliciously sinful ways. He knows her innermost thoughts, drawing her ever deeper into his dangerous world.
Miller will do anything to keep Livy safe, even if it means risking his own life. But his dark history isn't the only thing that threatens their future together. As the truth of Livy's family legacy unravels, an unsettling parallel between past and present comes to light. With her world spinning out of control, Livy finds herself caught between the rapture of an all-consuming love - and a deadly obsession that could destroy them both.
Breathtaking, intense and utterly gripping, this brand new novel is a must-read for all of Jodi's devoted fans as well as readers of Sylvia Day, J. Kenner, and anyone who needs to escape with a love affair that will set your pulse racing...

Absolutely a must read
I have loved JEM books for a while, this series is one of my favorites and now I got the audiobook, the narration was spot on, I enjoyed it very much. I think this story deserved a second go after years of reading it and I am glad I got the audio this time around, it was a different experience.

Very long
Any additional comments?
This last book in this series took me a few attempts to get into, it was good to come full circle and a conclusion to the turbulent romance between Miller and Olivia but it was way too long and repetitive,I have the idea that maybe the author didn't want to end it lol. Narrated by Edita Brychta who has done a wonderful job of giving these characters their own personalities and a voice and quite a bit of sass to go with it.

soooo good!!
Jodi Ellen Malpas is the master when it comes to writing alpha males – either you love them, or you hate them (AKA Jesse Ward 😂). I read this series many years ago and really liked it, and when I was hospitalized (before giving birth) I decided to go back to it, this time in audio, and see if I would like it again (pregnancy erased some cells in my brain so it felt like the first time) 🤪
I must say that I was not enthusiastic about the first book, it was sleazy and eye-rolling – but its ending was so tense that I decided to continue to the second book… and once I started the second book, I could not stop until I finished the third! (In a few hours lol) 👏👑💙
This is a sexy and emotional trilogy with surprising twists and a destructive alpha male… but he's also insanely romantic that all of us would like to redeemone and "fix". 😍
The plot and characters are very different from "This Man" series but there were also some similarities – so if you didn't like them, you probably won't like it either. 😂
Promised – 3 STARS ⭐⭐⭐
Denied – 4 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Unveiled – 5 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I listened to the audio version (which was amazing – I frickin LOVE British accent 😍)

Would be better if she wasn't SO stupid!
What would have made One Night: Unveiled better?
If the main character Olivia wasn't so far from intelligent and logically thinking. She questions the wrong things with Millers behaviour and shady answers, and can't draw obvious conclusions in the next breath. She behaves like an anti-feminist which rational thinking goes out the door with just the phrase "I need my thing" from Miller. She is like a stupid Lolita that is wellmeaning and loves her Nan and gay friend. If she could only be a bit more complete, with a few more layers that isn't kind of stupid.
Would you ever listen to anything by Jodi Ellen Malpas again?
Yes her other series This man were better.
How did the narrator detract from the book?
Her voice and tone make Olivia sound even slower, weak, and flat.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
I did want to know how Miller was so deep into something that he had to play that cryptic game with the truth and his love for Olivia.
Any additional comments?
No.
