About this listen
Rosa Collins was only 16 when she received a vision telling her of her future husband. Knowing that her husband would be Lucas, the bishop's son and future bishop of Green Valley, both thrilled and terrified her. They were a match made in heaven, she knew, - perfect for each other.
But becoming the bishop's wife is harder than Rosa anticipated. She struggles to transform herself into the perfect bishop's wife that her husband needs.
Lucas misses the real Rosa. Somewhere between getting married and becoming the future bishop's wife, his beloved wife has lost part of herself. Lucas knows that a good, old-fashioned spanking is exactly what Rosa needs to help her find balance in her unrealistic expectations of what the perfect wife should be. But, try as he might, that balance doesn't come easily for Rosa, and it certainly doesn't help that her high school nemesis keeps popping up and making trouble.
Will Lucas help her realize that all he wants is for his wife to be happy? Can Rosa pull herself together enough to become the bishop's first wife?

Good but not great
A little hard to follow. Narrator not my favorite but over all it was a good story. Would try this author again.

Oh snap!
I'm still not convinced has been formed on a bed of facts, this book was much more believable than book 1.
The writing is really good, you can tell the author knows how to write. The story was entertaining and easy to listen to. The ending really makes you want to listen to book 4.
They still haven't gotten the narrator right tho. It's too forced and serious awkward pauses as well as mispronunciations (i.e. Formeeka instead of Formica). But she is still loads above the narrator of book 1.
So to break it down, nice and easy entertainment. Be ready to accept it for what it is and don't try and be too serious. The spanking thing as punishment and not as a bedroom activity is still weird to me since it is written about in a positive light vs domestic abuse. But with this book I was ready for it and it wasn't nearly as odd to listen to.

This book should be labeled as Christian erotica
Really hate to leave a bad review for a book that I have received at no charge to me. However that is what I must do. Let me start with the pros the narrator was fabulous she did the male and female parts equally well. The writing was good the characters were very warm and engaging and I really liked almost every one of them.
Now for the cons , this book just made me uncomfortable in every possible way. And I enjoy Christian novels as well as some erotic novels, but in my opinion they definitely do not need to be mixed together.
Received this book at no cost from the publisher author for narrator for a honest review
