Publisher's summary

The young stewardess attends to First Class between Paris and New York. At work, she meets, among others, a rich passenger whom she pampers by every trick in the book. The hell is on at a party in New York: Valerie plays with men and, especially with her tights and nylons, well and truly turns their heads.

A very BS story about Flight Attendant life
