Allison Woods had been morbidly obese for most of her life and is now on a mission to teach everyone how to unlock their body’s potential, ditch the diet brain, and enjoy delicious food. Through the power of Intermittent Fasting, she has released over 140 pounds and logged over 100 Non-Scale Victories (NSV’s)!
Allison holds a Masters Degree in Public Health (MPH), specializing in Health Education, and a Doctorate of Psychology (PsyD) in Organization Development. She is an Organization Development Consultant and has many years of experience in health education and training, individual and executive coaching, facilitating groups, and career counseling.
In 2021 Allison combined her passion for Intermittent Fasting with more than 25 years of health education and coaching experience and became a Certified Health Coach. She then launched her coaching business: Your I.F. Coach. Allison teaches, guides, and supports her clients to no longer feel stuck and hopeless when it comes to their health goals. She wants to help everyone discover the freedom that comes with Intermittent Fasting to live a vibrant and healthy life!
Allison lives in Sacramento, California with her wife Lana, their very active 6 year old son, and 3 dogs. With her new-found energy from Intermittent Fasting, Allison enjoys bike riding, golfing, swimming, and dancing.
