Prior to forming Sales Effectiveness Inc., Carlos held highly successful assignments with Procter & Gamble, Learning International, and the Mercer Consulting Group, each with progressive levels of responsibility. He has worked with organizations across many industries, including high-tech, wholesale distribution, utilities, building related, tele-communications, and financial services. A seasoned leader, Carlos has an enviable record of sales achievement, having exceeded all sales goals every year of his sales and sales management career.
