Elisabeth Lava is a former deadly disease investigator, government health leader, and veterinarian, who helped prepare for and respond to the pandemic. Elisabeth went through many dark nights of the soul that pushed her into spiritually transformative experiences that led her to powerful healers, mindfulness, yoga, Ayurveda and spiritual practices of deep wisdom. Now Elisabeth bridges the world as a transformational health, life, and spiritual coach. Healthcare providers, veterinarians, and public health leaders hire her to support them in returning to wholeness through deep selfcare or transition to a different career to find inner joy and peace. Elisabeth is a mystic and a Certified Spiritual Emergence Coach®, a worksite wellness consultant, a yoga instructor, and an advocate, champion, and spokesperson for access to mental health services and reducing stigma surrounding mental health challenges. She loves coaching those who want to change their life to help others that nurtures their own health and soul. She is a former dancer and competitive triathlete who still loves cycling, yoga, van life, and horses. Elisabeth intertwines these passions into her services. Elisabeth has completed federal public information officer training and has spoken to mass media and at large conferences while working in public health for twenty years. She speaks on the intertwining of mental health and spiritual growth and the importance of increasing spiritual and religious competencies in mental and physical healthcare providers to help their patients heal. Elisabeth plans to live in the San Juan Mountains of southwestern Colorado and southern Utah the majority of each year to create a spiritual site for group meditation and yoga that honors all spiritual paths and a trauma sensitive healing program and space.
