Thom Brooks is an award winning American-British author, policy advisor and speaker. He is Professor of Law and Government at Durham University, former Dean of the Law School 92016-2021) and affiliated with the Philosophy and Political Science departments. Brooks is an executive board member of the Fabian Society, the Society of Labour Lawyers, a trustee of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law and the former President of the Society of Legal Scholars.
