Acerca de esta escucha
Sophia Perkins is a member of the Bow Street Ladies, a group of women that investigates crimes cast aside by the Bow Street Runners of the Home Office. With the help of her fellow "Ladies" Sophia is determined to uncover the truth about the murder of the Marquess of Arlington.
Marcus Harrington, the Duke of Raqueport, has been fighting his past and future. With responsibilities to his family, he has found an outlet to quell his anger in the dark recesses of the London underground. But when the darkness reaches his home, he finds the very thing that assuaged his darkness is the very thing that could very well take everything from him.
Marcus finds himself relying on Sophia to uncover the dark truth that risks Marcus's life and the family they wish to build together. In order to save Marcus they must discover who killed the marquess.

Clever, Spicy Mystery
Super clever characters combined with an intricate plot with twists you won't see coming make for a great read! I love when a book surprises me in a good way where I can trace the unexpected turn back to the beginning. This book did just that. It has fun relationships (too much spice for me but I read it knowing that). Great strong female characters.
