Historia
Nearly a year has passed since Kyle and Alex Wimberly's daughter, Kayla, was born. She has already begun manifesting the gift of the mist. After two years of silence, the Dominion launch a devastating attack on planet Aarde, killing over one hundred thousand Katswiri, the native population. As Kai and Alex retaliate by destroying a Dominion core world, a metal sphere plows through Earth's atmosphere, making a fiery entry and sending a message: Kyle Wimberly. We know who you are. We know where you live. We are coming for you, but we will take your wife and your daughter first.

Just did not need to hear about toddler daughters orgasming
Revisado: 01-04-25
The series started good but by the time this book came along the story line focused on his sexual relationships with his wife, multiple women and the psychic orgasms their toddler daughters experienced when he had sex with their mothers

Historia
My name is Kazimir Wolfe. People call me "Kaz", except they don’t. I never use my real name; it’s too dangerous, for me and for anyone I meet. I’m on the run from the law, who think I killed my aunt, and from whoever did kill her, because they want to finish the job. So, I move around a lot, working construction or whatever job I can find. It’s a lonely life. I don’t let anyone get close...people who get close to me end up dead. Why? I’m a wizard. The world’s only wizard, as far as I know.

Great characters, fun dialogue, solid storyline and a fresh take on magic in the modern world. R.C. Bray delivers as usual with a top notch performance.

Convoluted Story
Revisado: 01-10-18
Did the narration match the pace of the story?
The narration was good and the artist did well. The only real issue was when he spoke as a young girl. He did men and women fine, but the girl was sqreaching.
You didn’t love this book... but did it have any redeeming qualities?
The overall premise was unique and interesting. The story arc was good. The execution simply fell short.
Any additional comments?
The main character suffers from memory loss and the story emulates that. There are jumps and holes that simply make the story confusing. It comes together in the last 15 minutes, but there are too many jumps and coincidences to really support suspension of disbelief.
