I had already been exploring some of these concepts on my own, but This was a nice and concise summary with some important concepts to keep in mind, as well as detailed info about how to get started right away for some of the strategies. I’m glad I listened at the very beginning of the year! These strategies are going to make a huge impact for us this year!
I also really like the narrator… he adds inflection to add stress in all the right places.

Nice narration. I really enjoyed the analogies and hearing the stories to put lessons into context. Not every concept applies to my family just yet, but several do and they are very doable. I'm glad I listened to this book before the kids were older and more resistant to change. Now, I'm off to declutter our world!
