Wow! Worth the time to listen!
Revisado: 06-15-24
From the beginning, to Chapter 7 on Choosing happiness, to the ending wrap, this was a phenomenal listen. Well worth the time. I could talk about bits and pieces of what the book said, but it would be meaningless if you don't have the whole picture.

Historia
This audiobook describes the Akashic Records, the source from which Edgar Cayce received many of his remarkable insights. Also known as the Book of Life, the Akashic Records is the storehouse of all information - every word, deed, feeling, thought, and intent - for every individual who has ever lived upon the Earth. Todeschi explains how each of us can access our own Book of Life to learn about our past, present, and future.

Amazing
Revisado: 06-08-22
I am no stranger to Edgar Cayce and his work, I grew up on them but hadn't read or known much about the Akashic Records. The voice reading was superbly done and the content was simply amazing. My favorite quote comes from the last chapter... "Do what you know to do and the next step will be given."

Historia
Shetty grew up in a family where you could become one of three things—a doctor, a lawyer, or a failure. His family was convinced he had chosen option three: Instead of attending his college graduation ceremony, he headed to India to become a monk, to meditate every day for four to eight hours, and devote his life to helping others. After three years, one of his teachers told him that he would have more impact on the world if he left the monk’s path to share his experience and wisdom with others.

Amazing insights
Revisado: 06-01-22
I had to switch to audio books because of an eye issue and so this was a bit difficult to listen to, simply because it's not my natural way of absorbing information. But I am so very glad I listened instead of reading a physical book. as Jay mentions in the extra bit at the end, I do hear his voice when I remember different bits. From waking up peacefully to a desire to meditate, this book has given me much to ponder. It was well worth the listen.
